At Humar Family Affair, we take great care in preparing and packaging every product. Due to the handmade and food-related nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on any orders.
Replacement Eligibility
Replacements may be provided only in the following cases:
• You receive a damaged product
• You receive the wrong item
To request a replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos of:
• The product received
• The packaging
• The order details
Conditions for Replacement
• The product must be unopened and unused.
• Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
• Products damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement.
Once the issue is verified by our team, an eligible replacement product will be arranged.
No Refund Policy
Please note that:
• Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
• Taste preferences or personal liking cannot be considered as reasons for refund or replacement.
